India Shipping is free for all products. International shipping charges are volumetric and will be mentioned at the time of check out. Please select Shipping Country on the cart page to know the costs. We will deliver within 15 – 21 days of sales.
SusmitaZart will share the Tracking No. over your contact no. immediately after posting the courier. Online tracking generally activates 24-48 hours post shipping.
REFUND POLICY
Art is unique, delicate, and exclusive. It often takes days, sometimes months to complete a single work of art. Due to its fragile and singular nature we are unable to allow returns. Hence, we urge you to be certain of your decision before purchasing. We are always available to ensure the art you see; is the art you get. If you’re in doubt, you can always ask for additional images of the artwork.
However, there may be times when you receive an item in damaged condition, in which case we will ensure a resolution keeping in mind your interests. This may be through repair, exchange, or return of the product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order online before the product is shipped. We ensure you to refund the entire amount.
You cannot cancel the order if it is already shipped to your billing address.
